My new office in Indian Shores, Florida gives me the advantage of mid-county convenience. I am able to stay in touch with Beach real estate as well as service my growing number of Foreclosure properties throughout the county.
Times are changing and Florida continues to wrestle with issues of insurance and property taxes. Our markets are slow for sales of general real estate. My goal over the next couple of years is to market and sell the Foreclosed properties, because until the inventory of these properties is reduced our general market of real estate property will suffer. Our state is strong and we will weather this temporary lag in the market. The Florida lifestyle is still the dream of many and we will not let go of the fundamentals that have made our state great.
